Experienced Office Administrator

2-4 years administrative experience

Our growing energy engineering consulting office in North Andover is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide a wide variety of accounting, administration, and general support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our busy office.

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance for a variety of areas including accounts payable; project management; human resources; IT; office reception; office maintenance; copy room, kitchen, and common-area organization; telephone system management; coordination of in-house client meetings; maintenance of office inventory; file management; and other office administrative tasks as deemed appropriate by management.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-4 years administrative experience supporting a technical or engineering organization and have a genuine interest in energy efficiency and the environment. Applicants should have excellent computer and communication skills. This position requires a high level of interpersonal experience to handle customers and vendors as well as knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.

Energy Systems Senior Engineer

Opening in MA

The successful candidate will lead analysis and assessments of energy efficiency measures in commercial and industrial facilities, design energy systems using rendering software, perform building simulation and modeling and energy efficiency end-use and life-cycle cost analyses, and prepare detailed recommendations for design implementation. Candidate will also be responsible for reviewing analysis of other engineers and work directly with our customers.

Candidates must have a Masters of Engineering or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering. The position also requires the following:

  • Knowledge of or academic coursework in energy and energy efficiency analysis, or an engineering degree from institution with a US DOE-sponsored Industrial Assessment Center.
  • Computer skills including Excel, AutoCad, and Visio
  • Excellent writing, verbal ,and written communication skills.
