ERS to Implement NTG Study for Silicon Valley Power

Silicon Valley Power (SVP) has requested ERS to provide evaluation services for three third-party energy efficiency programs to determine the free ridership and participant spillover associated with the savings realized by these programs.
ERS will be implementing a net-to-gross (NTG) study on three commercial refrigeration programs: Gasket Guy, NRM, and PECI. The study goal is to estimate the overall NTG factor for the three programs. The study results will include NTG factor reporting overall and for each program separately.
