ERS to Conduct Baseline Energy Study for Efficiency Maine

ERS has been selected by the Efficiency Maine Trust to conduct an energy consumption study of small- and medium-sized commercial buildings built in Maine between 2006 and 2010.
ERS will establish a baseline for commercial building practices (e.g., lighting levels, building envelope, equipment specifications, etc.) and energy consumption of Maine’s commercial building stock built during this four-year period. The goal of the study will be to assess the commercial building practices in Maine before the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Codes were adopted.
