The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has funding available that can help offset the cost of your compliance with the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan, and ERS can help you access
these resources.

Benchmarking Pilot

NYSERDA has launched a Benchmarking Pilot, a new FlexTech initiative that provides benchmarking and on-site operational assessments. Through this initiative, ERS will benchmark participating facilities with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Portfolio Manager and develop site-specific reports recommending operational or system modifications that can result in immediate energy savings.

FlexTech Program

The NYSERDA FlexTech Program offers cost sharing on energy audits and retrocommissioning studies, such as those required by Local Law 87. FlexTech provides customers with objective and customized information about their energy systems so that they can make better informed energy decisions. As a NYSERDA FlexTech Consultant, ERS can provide high quality technical assistance while ensuring your compliance with Local Law 87 in a cost-effective manner.
