ERS Takes Part in Panel at KEEA’s 8th Annual Conference

jon maxwell headshotJon Maxwell, Vice President of Engineering and Evaluation took part in a panel at the KEEA 8th annual PA Energy Efficiency Conference this month. Jon has more than 15 years of experience in energy efficiency program evaluation and implementation. He has managed major field data collection efforts for evaluation and load research and has trained more than 200 energy professionals on a wide variety of topics, mostly related to field data collection and analysis. Jon has published extensively, and he is a Professional Engineer registered in Maryland and Texas, a LEED Accredited Professional, and an EPA Green Lights Surveyor Ally. The panel session, entitled Mind the Gap: Program Design & Implementation, focused on the evolution of an energy efficiency program from start to finish. In addition to Jon, this panel included stakeholders from various parts of the process who examine ways to stay true to goals, incorporate feedback from the field, and ensure success as we look ahead.
